Rattlesnake Venom Trip Release New Song and Music Video, "Dead Empire"

Today, Rattlesnake Venom Trip premiered their new song, “Dead Empire” via Metal Injection. The song, along with the band’s debut album, was recorded by Micah Carli of Hawthorne Heights, with mixing duties performed by Adam Dutkiewicz of Killswitch Engage.

In a press release announcing the new video, vocalist/guitarist Kevin Schindel stated the following:

"Dead Empire is about getting older and seeing that life has passed you by. Pouring all your time and effort into your work and realizing you don’t have anything to show for it at the end. The video is capturing you looking back at yourself with heavy judgment and wishing to change your outcome. If only you could warn yourself somehow."

While Rattlesnake Venom Trip is a new project, the band members are veterans of the scene, having comprised the lineup of bands like Twelve Tribes, Mouth of the Architect, and Neon Worship. The project’s debut album will be available on October 19th, 2022.
