Bodysnatcher Release New Song, "Murder8" with Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed

Bodysnatcher has released a brand new single titled “Murder8”, which features guest vocals from Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed. In a press release accompanying the premiere of the new single, drummer Chris Whited stated the following:

"'Murder8' is a street name for Fentanyl. I lost my older brother in 2022 to fentanyl and then I lost my younger sister just one year later in 2023 to fentanyl as well. Opioids have been prescribed at alarming rates since the early 2000’s and have affected millions of families across the world, especially the United States. If you have lost someone due to overdose this song goes out to you."

You can check out the video for “Murder8” in its entirety below. The band is also getting ready to put out a vinyl-only EP titled Vile Conduct, which is set to be released on Record Store Day (more info can be found here).

The band is also gearing up to hit the road with Spite this spring and summer, with a tour stop slated for Sacramento’s Ace of Spades on June 6th, 2024.
